Convinced that Watertown needs to take a long hard look at ALL the facts before committing to a retail zone change and development that will forever change our town? Don’t believe that what glitters is always gold? Wonder if we can afford a massive retail development, after we pay for more town services for that development? Think that the clear winners in this debate are the developers and the landowners whose property will be bought by the developers, but winning for the rest of us in Watertown is not a sure thing?
